The highly skilled Federal Machete is hired by some unsavory types to assassinate a senator. But just as he was about to take the shot, he notices someone is aimed at him and realized he had established. He almost did not survive the sniper's bullet, and will soon be out to avenge the former employer of his, with the reluctant help of Cheech Marin of his old friend, who became a priest and made a vow of nonviolence.
